אם ריצה לא יצרה כלום בגלל תקלה אצלנו, הקרדיטים שלה חוזרים ליתרה שלכם אוטומטית, ותקבלו הודעה על כך. לא צריך לבקש. כל ריצה גם מוגבלת בזמן ובעלות, ולפני שהיא מתחילה מוצג טווח הקרדיטים שלה.If a run creates nothing because of a fault on our side, its credits return to your balance automatically and you are told. You don't need to ask. Every run is also capped in time and cost, and its credit range is shown before it starts.

2. ביטול מנוי2. Cancelling a plan

5. תוקף הקרדיטים5. How long credits last
- קרדיטים של מסלול עוברים לחודש אחד נוסף, ואחר כך פגים.Plan credits roll over for one extra month, then expire.
- קרדיטים שנרכשו בנפרד בתוקף ל־12 חודשים מיום הרכישה.Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- סדר השימוש: קודם קרדיטים של המסלול, ואחר כך הקרדיטים הנרכשים הוותיקים ביותר.Order of use: plan credits first, then the oldest top-up.
